End-of-course excursion: schaatsen @Jaap Eden Ijsbaan 12th of Dec

Hoi allemaal!

For the end-of-course excursion we will go with all the classes to the Jaap Eden Ijsbaan to do some ice skating (schaatsen)! Here they have both a smaller, practice rink and the bigger, faster-skating rink, so there is something for every level. After ice skating, we can enjoy a nice hot chocolate or cold beer 🙂

We reserved group tickets for the time slot of 17:00-18:00, though you can already enter earlier and once you’re on the ice rink you can continue skating after 18:00 as well. If you cannot enter before 18:00 but still want to come, let us know as soon as possible, and we might be able to move your ticket to a later time slot!

If you subscribe and transfer us the money before the 5th of december, we will arrange a discounted group ticket for you. The price of this is:

• €5,40 for students (bring your student ID on the day!). Pay here and put your name in the description so we can match payment to subscription, or pay us back in cash on the day itself.
• €7,10 for non-students. Pay here and put your name in the description so we can match payment to subscription, or pay us back in cash on the day itself.

If you are later than the 5th of december but still want to come, you can of course still buy your own ticket! But then it will be €8,10 for students and €10,- for non-students.

Important information:

• If you have ice skates of your own, you can bring those and use them. If you want to rent them, this is an additional €8,- and you need to leave your ID or a €50,- deposit in cash.
• Gloves are mandatory, so don’t forget to bring those!
• If you subscribed but can’t make it, you can let us know up until 12:00 on the day of the event itself free of charge. Otherwise, you still need to pay for your ticket, as we can no longer change or move it. Please text +31 6 81739271 with your name in case you can’t make it.
